Any application that in our reasonable judgment does not comply with any of the above requirements may be removed without notice, or we may contact you to require changes in the application as a condition to further use. You must report any security deficiencies or breaches related to your application as soon as possible upon discovering them, via email to sam@box.net. You must also take immediate action to correct any deficiency and disable any intrusion or intruder. You must not make any public statement regarding any such deficiency without the prior written consent of Box.net.
We may make changes in these terms from time to time; it's your responsibility to ensure that your application conforms to the current version of our terms. We will notify developers of significant changes to these terms on our weblog.
